If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Janica Marcelle Collection within 30 days of the purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19). Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
